William Hertz is the co-founder and CEO of apis3, an agency-consultancy intrinsically dedicated to helping companies be great from their inner purpose to their profit. apis3 managing partners chose to keep the firm independent and focused on client’s results.
For over the past decade, William has collaborated with CEOs and their leadership teams to build and fine-tune great companies. He’s worked with leaders at Google, Waze, Telefônica Vivo, LG, Serasa Experian, DuPont, Unilever, Fleury, Visa, Abril, Adidas, Natura, Ambev, Volkswagen, among others. On 2010, while working for Lew’LaraTBWA, one of his works was recognized with a Silver Media Lion at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
William has a strong entrepreneurial history, invited to become Endeavor Mentor on 2014. Co-founder and supporter on different stage companies, William became InovAtiva Mentor on 2015.
On 2014 William was invited to lead a major digital campaign on the presidential elections, being responsible for digital strategy and online communications.
Hertz holds a BA in social communication focused on branding strategy from Universidade de São Paulo and since then has taught branding, digital and entrepreneurship at different postgraduate courses. On 2012 he was invited by Intel to be judge of Tomorrow Project.
