Vincent is a key member of Microsoft Greater China Region Corporate, External, and Legal Affairs (CELA) Leadership Team. In addition to serving as GCR AI Ethic Champion and supporting GCR Marketing and Operation Group, he also leads Taiwan CELA team in providing full scale support on AI and IT industry policy, commercial and licensing transactions, IPR, litigation and cybersecurity strategy, as well as serving as the main contact on government relationship and industry associations for Microsoft Taiwan. Vincent also leads Microsoft GCR AI Ethics efforts and serves as the key member of Microsoft Taiwan Corporate Governance Committee to fulfil the vision of Corporate Governance, CSR and Philanthropies. Vincent graduated from National Taiwan University, obtained his LL.M from U.C. Berkeley School of Law and EMBA degree from National ChengChi University. He is active in industry associations such as serving as Chairman of Licensing Executives Society (LES) Chinese Taipei; President of Berkeley Law Taiwan Alumni; Deputy Chairman, Governor as well as Co-chairs of IP&Licensing Committee of American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei; Deputy Chairman of Taiwan Technology Industry Legal Officers Association; Executive Board of Information Service Industry Association of R.O.C. (CISA); and Adjunct Assistant Professor of School of Law, Soochow University.
