Vaibhav is the co-founder of ftcash, one of India’s fastest growing fintech company which empowers India’s 60+ million underserved micromerchants through financial inclusion. Vaibhav was awarded the Winner of the MIT Inclusive Innovation Challenge in 2018.
Previously, he was a Director, Global Development at XPRIZE, leading world’s first global prize that targets access to water. He had previously been associated with The World Bank, LGT Impact Fund and ZS Associates. Vaibhav was selected as an iCATs Fellow (2010), Acumen Fellow (2017), Davos50, Global Shaper (2017), Asia Development Fellow (2018). He is an alumni from NIT, Trichy and Harvard Kennedy School.
