Rom Justa

CEO, Outbound Brasil

Latin America

Rom is a Brazilian-born innovation psychologist turned serial entrepreneur and investor.

He co-founded Outbound Initiative, a pioneering Big Data company that provides decentralized access to fundamental resources for growth and success to innovators, and startups from underrepresented regions.

Outbound is right now with ongoing projects in Latin America, and it’s expected to expand to different countries, and continents from 2019 on. The project has been recognized by distinguished global organizations such as the Foundation for the Support of the United Nations (FSUN), that invited Rom to be a panelist within the IV Power of Collaboration World Summit, held at the NYC’s UN Headquarter in 2017, the Unleash Labs for solutions to United Nation’s SDGs (Singapore, 2018), and the MBA from Michigan Ross State University, that chose Outbound Brasil (and Facebook Brasil) as a recipient for their Multidisciplinary Action Project (MAP) in 2018.

Outbound Initiative was also chosen as a finalist for the 2018 MIT’s Inclusive Innovation Challenge, on their LatAm edition.

Previous to Outbound Initiative, Rom was a regional parter for Mandalah, a global conscious innovation consultancy with offices in 5 countries, and top-tier clients such as C&A, Nike, Bill & Melinda Gate Foundation, Google, and NBA start Kobe Bryant Foundation.
