Ramón has been the president of Grupo TeleLink, a technology consulting firm, for nearly three decades. He is an active entrepreneur and mentor always looking for IT driven projects.

He participates as independent board member on Banco del Bajío where he oversees the digital transformation of the bank.

Ramón is also on the board of the International Amateur Radio Union, an ONG that is the spokesmen for the world amateur radio community at the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and other regional telecommunication organizations.

Internet pioneer, he was the founder and president of Internet of Mexico, his country’s first commercial Internet service provider, successfully sold five years later.

He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City and an International MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.

Ramón is tireless traveler with more than 130 countries visited. He discovered running in his mid 50s and just a few years later he has now over 100 long distance races, from half marathons to ultra-marathons, proudly being a finisher of the Six World Marathon Majors.
