Raju Bhatnagar has 38+ years of experience across Banking / BPO domains and has held senior / leadership positions over past 23+ years of his professional career.

He was awarded the Rashtriya Gaurav Award (Pride of the Nation) for his contribution to leadership development.

He is a Certified Executive and Business Coach and advises Social Enterprises. He is currently Secretary General of Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

In 2013, he helped set-up National Association of Social Enterprises & was its first President. From 2009, for 5 years, Raju chaired ISO’s International Work Group which wrote a new ISO standard for BPO Industry.

Raju is an accomplished speaker and has been an advisor to State Governments in India on BPO / ICT matters and a part of several think-tanks for the industry segment.

Additionally, he has been a member of:
• Jury panel for NASSCOM’s Social Innovation Forum – Challenge 2017
• Jury for the Innovation Challenge Design Contest, 2017, organised by IT Ministry and Texas Instruments.
• Working Group to create a policy framework for accelerating opportunities for livelihood creation for educated youth in Rural India, (2013 onwards).
• Charter Member of The Indus Entrepreneurs, Bangalore and member of its Panel of Mentors.
