Senior Advisor and Executive-in-Resience of Capgemini Invent for Asset and Wealth Management, where he is responsible for helping clients transform their operating and client engagement models in response to digitalization.

With over 25 years spent working in the asset and wealth industry, Rafael is an accomplished executive with proven track record of profitability developing and advising asset and wealth management businesses in the Americas, Europe, India and South Korea. He has led and advised cross-functional teams of senior professionals build and launch new ventures, products, distribution models and services through strategies focused on innovation.

During the last 6 years and prior to joining Capgemini Invent last June, Rafael served as a Partner to a Boston based family investment office focused on emerging consumer brands (Rudyard Partners), Senior Advisor to a Boston based venture capital fund focused on medical technology (BioVentures), and Independent Board Advisor to a Bogota based venture capital platform focused in Latin America (Polymath Ventures).

Rafael holds an undergraduate degree with honors from Northeastern University and MBA from Hult International Business School. He is a Board Director of The Orchestra of the Americas, Board Visitor at McLean Hospital and member of the Concord Holy Family parish Council.
