He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on December 11, 1970. Married, two children. He lives in Buenos Aires.

He holds a degree in Economics from UBA (Cum Laude), a Posgraduate Diploma in International Relations from FLACSO and a Master in Business Administration from UTDT. He obtained the Digital Innovation for Business Certificate at HEC-Paris School of Management.

He has worked both in the public and in the private sector in areas that include infrastructure, education, market research, capital markets and international economics. He was General Manager and Advisor to the CEO at Navarro Market Research. He was General Coordinator of Infrastructure in the Ministry of Urban Development (Buenos Aires City Governement) and Director of the BSC in Business & Information Management at ITBA. He founded and directed the Institute of Applied Economics at UCES. He was appointed as member of the selection panel at the 2012 Desafío Intel Latinoamérica and the 2014 Ford – Desafío de la Movilidad.

He currently holds the position of General Director (University Advancement) and member of the Rector’s Committee at ITBA, where he also is a Professor of International Economics and International Marketing.
