Deputy Director, Open Data CharterLatin America
Natalia is the new Deputy Director of the Open Data Charter @opendatacharter, an international collaboration between governments and experts from different open data areas from all over the world. She was the Open Government Director at the Undersecretary of Public Innovation and Open Government in the Ministry of Modernization Argentina, where she lead the co creation process of the National Action Plan that Argentina introduced to the Open Government Partnership, a process where more that 100 public institutions and civil society organizations from all over the country participated.
Formerly, she was Open Government and Citizen Participation Coordinator at the Modernization and E-government Unit in the Ministry General Secretariat of the Presidency in the Government of Chile. She was in charge of the national policy on Open Data and the Coordination of the Chilean Committee table for the Open Government Partnership.
She has been part of many juries like Academic board of the International Open Data Conference and ALTEC, Alianza Latinoamericana para la Tecnología Cívica.Return to Experts
