Mark Lee is the co-founder and CEO of Splashtop. With over 25 million users, Splashtop helps individuals and businesses to instantly remote access, support, and collaborate across devices and networks. Splashtop raised over $50M investment from VCs and corporate investors. Splashtop has been featured on the front page of New York Times and USA Today, and received innovation awards from PC World, CES, Popular Science, Wired Magazine, etc.
Prior to Splashtop, Mark was founder and CEO of OSA Technologies, acquired by Avocent in 2004 for $100M+ USD. After the acquisition, Mark served as Senior VP and General Manager of Avocent (NASDAQ: AVCT), which was later acquired by Emerson (NYSE: EMR) for $1.2B+. Prior to OSA, Mark spent 8 years at Intel.
Mark has served on the Boards of Linux Foundation, Monte Jade Association, and Ninetowns; an Executive Club member of Hua Yuan (HYSTA); advisors to several startups. Mark serves as Educational Counsel for MIT, interviewing local high school students applying to MIT.
