Marianne Bulger is the CEO & Co-founder of Prospect, Canada’s largest tech startup career hub and talent data source.

Marianne built Prospect in partnership with Golden Ventures during her time as the fund’s Head of People & Platform. In this role, she led the fund’s post-investment strategy, including portfolio relations, network intelligence, web development, operations, and marketing, including the organization’s rebrand in 2018.

Prior to Golden Ventures, Marianne co-founded TechToronto’s national network, leading the launch and scale of the organization’s six subsidiary events (TechWaterloo, TechVancouver, SalesTO, HealthTO, and FintechTO). She also managed Marketing & Communications for the DMZ at Ryerson during its rebrand and award-winning recognition as North America’s top university-based incubator, under the leadership of Val Fox.

Marianne holds an MA in Applied Human Rights from the University of York, a BA from Queen’s University. She is also an alumni of Seth Godin’s altMBA and Cornell’s Diversity & Inclusion at Work certificate programme.
