An advocate for innovators and entrepreneurs, Katie Woslager leads the Advanced Industries Accelerator program for the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade. As Senior Manager she develops early stage and start-up Colorado companies, while enhancing the State’s advanced industries through partnerships with Colorado Technology Transfer Offices and Advanced Industry stakeholders.
Katie’s work has led to the creation of 530 new jobs and over 600 jobs retained for the Colorado economy. Additionally, these funds have helped the technologies acquire an additional $200 million dollars in grants and investments to further commercialize these advanced technologies. She also oversees OEDIT export grant programs which are helping Colorado to become a major exporter in the global market.
Katie joined the Office of Economic Development and International Trade in 2013.
Prior to this, she spent seven years with the Utah Division of Arts and Museums where she worked in board, nonprofit and change management and oversaw grants and contracts for the state’s nonprofit arts and cultural organizations in Salt Lake City, Utah.
