Access Student Experience & Support Lead, Moringa School






June currently works at Moringa School as a Student Experience & Support Lead in the Access Program at Moringa School. The Access Program has a mission to give scholarships to exceptional students from disadvantaged backgrounds at Moringa School. The aim of the program is to ensure that tech literacy is accessible to Kenyans despite their backgrounds.

She is very passionate about promoting Tech Literacy and bridging the gender gap in technology. Through this, she has founded an initiative to teach young women how to code and challenge their mindsets and that of the community around them on technology.

She enjoys creating student experiences in education and making sure that it is holistic and student-centered by addressing the different needs of the students.

June has a background in Software Development and is very excited about emerging technologies in Africa that is accessible and inclusive to people with different needs.
