Jorge is a Management Consultant specialized in transformation programs for clients across private and public sectors, particularly in the Latin America region. He is experienced in leading operations-focused transformations for clients in the consumer, energy, and telecom & media sectors, dramatically boosting company performance and health.

During his tenure, he has contributed to shaping financial inclusion in Mexico, when he worked in collaboration with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Diconsa, a Mexican state-owned chain of 22,000 stores distributing food and basic products to poor communities, to design and implement a model for financial inclusion that successfully provides basic financial-services to millions of previously unbanked customers.

Jorge holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a Bachelors in Mechatronics Engineering with honors from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM).

He is the recipient of international awards and scholarships from Lucent Technologies and the Weizmann institute of Science in Israel.

In his free time, he is an avid traveler and follower of robotics and AI.
