Founder of the Future for Work Institute that acts as an independent observatory, a learning community and a think tank about trends and innovation in HR.

Previously he worked as a consultant in HR Innovation for several companies.

Also, he served as director of human resources in Spain of Everis, an international consulting firm
considered one of the best companies to work for by the Great Place to Work Institute.

He has held the Presidency of Factor Humà Foundation, which brings together relevant companies with the mission to promote good HR practices in organizations.

Before joining the world of HR, he developed his career in the field of information technology, managing consulting projects for large organizations.

In addition, he advises several organizations related to innovation in the world of work as well as the third sector and social entrepreneurship.

He is co-author of the book ‘El Ocaso del Empleo. Cómo sobrevivir al futuro del trabajo’ (Ed. Libros de Cabecera) and writes in the blog “El futuro del trabajo” (The Future of Work)
