I help high-potential technology entrepreneurs to build sustainable companies as a Senior Adviser at ventureLAB, an incubator and innovation hub in Markham, Ontario. Previously, my career was spent as an entrepreneur in startup, scaling and mature retail organizations, leading through times of fast-scaling opportunity and times of existential threats. Each company has been unique by focusing on both social impact and profitability long before mission-driven businesses were known. I also have an MBA from Western University’s Ivy Business School. In additional to working with tech entrepreneurs, I also provide consulting and advisory services to social entrepreneurs and serve on a corporate board for a social enterprise. I have consulted with impact investing firms. My personal interests include fitness – cycling, pilates, skiing and resistance training – as well as music and reading.
