Graduate from University of Sunderland. Starting career as a recruiter in 2011 for pharmaceutical and financial industries. Prior to that had a year experience as a PMO in a start-up in San Francisco and was amazed by the culture of the future work. Began career at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany in August 2015 and support Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany Innovation Center for hiring and HR consulting, since April 2016 was responsible for the people culture and start-up mind set and hiring for the Chief Digital Organization.
Both units create new business to the organization and therefore a start-up culture should lead by an example such as failure culture and disruptive culture.

Why are you optimistic about the future of work?
