Galya Racine is a strategy and innovation expert, veteran consultant and lecturer. Galya brings to the table, over 15 years of experience and a unique combination of business skills, technical understanding and unique insight.
Galya is an independent management consultant to various companies. Formerly, she was a Senior Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting (since acquired by IBM). Clients included: Voyager Labs, Mantis Vision, Keter, Merkavim, Partner, Pelephone, Time Warner, Peterson’s Publishing, and more.
In addition, Galya was VP Strategy & Innovation at Mantis Vision, a developer of cutting-edge 3D sensing technology. At Mantis, Galya served as right hand to the CEO, where she led and facilitated processes of forming company strategy, and helped raise $9.7M in Series C funding.
Galya taught entrepreneurial innovation at Interdisciplinary Center Herzeliya (Zell Entrepreneurship program) from 2007 till 2014 and is a guest lecturer at various conferences and universities. Galya also served as President of the MIT Club of Israel between 2009-2015.
Galya graduated as a Fellow in the Leaders for Global Operations (LGO) program at MIT. She holds an MS, Civil & Environmental Engineering from MIT, an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a B.Sc., Industrial Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
