Currently Country Manager of Wayra, previously CEO at Crowdfunder Mexico, an equity crowdfunding platform, he has been both an entrepreneur and an angel investor.

As an entrepreneur, he co-founded Siempre Verde, a venture that received several awards.

Gabriel is mentor at Founder Institute and MassChallenge. He has also been a judge in organizations such as: INADEM, StartUp Mexico, MassChallenge, POSiBLE, GreenTechChallenge, Premio Everis, and Campus Party.

He has been a guest speaker in the innovation course of the EGADE Business School, the Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Development of the Universidad Iberoamericana, the Innovation and New Business Development class of the Executive MBA at the ITAM and off and on-line lecturer of the Crowdfunding Diploma at the Universidad Anahuac del Norte.

He has more than twenty years of national and international experience in business development and management. He has a degree in Law from the Universidad Iberoamericana, with a Master in International Business from the Grenoble Graduate School of Business in France and a diploma in Innovation and Creativity Management from the RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
