Fernando has 23 years of professional experience in Consulting, as General Manager of service and marketing companies and as Functional Director in non-profit organizations. He has worked with world-class companies in the consumer, manufacturing, building materials and retail industries, among others. He has experience in successful implementations of processes, organizational structure and technology, including artificial intelligence application projects, predictive analytics and optimization in leading companies in their industries.

Nowadays Fernando is Managing Partner at Arena Analytics, a consulting firm that specializes in the application of artificial intelligence tools, predictive analytics and optimization to solve business problems in the value chain. Also, he is Partner in Intelab, a professional services firm that performs integrity, trust and background check analysis using predictive models to ensure the quality and ethics of people in organizations.

Fernando studied Mechanical engineer administrator, ITESM Campus Monterrey, a Master of Science with specialization in Manufacturing Engineering, ITESM Campus Monterrey and a Master of Science with a specialty in Systems Engineering and Business Administration, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
