Emiliano Martus Barelli, worked as Pepsico Foods R&D Packaging Director – South America for four years, leading the Packaging team of 16 R&D specialists located in the most relevant countries in South America. Pepsico Foods in South America had approximately 2,000 SKUs on Salty Snacks, Cookies and Crackers, and Nutrition product categories.
Mechanical Engineer graduated from São Paulo University in 1996. Worked for Nestle, for four years, in Maintenance and Operations in Brazil, Peru and Colombia. In Natura Cosmetics, started as process engineer, then manufacturing supervisor and finally plant manager for the first four years. Next eight years worked as manager of R&D Packaging department, for all cosmetics categories. Last two years in Natura lead the entire R&D packaging department, increasing the level of innovation and sustainability for the business.
In 2014, graduated in MIT as MBA in Innovation and Sustainability.
