During her 30 years in the education leadership field, Cynthia Goldbarg has worked as a teacher, coordinator, director, professor and trainer. A graduate of the George Washington University (Masters in Education Leadership), Georgetown University (Business Administration) and the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (E-Learning and Distance Education) she also taught at the University of the District of Columbia. She was a member of the Washington DC Mayor’s Advisory Committee for 8 years. She has represented the United States in Transatlantic Dialogues on Education and Immigration with education ministers of the European Union and African countries.
Cynthia has presented in numerous conferences in the US and in Argentina. Upon her return to Argentina in 2006 she co-developed a school improvement project at the Universidad de San Andrés and also created CYNERGY, a consulting firm that specializes in Education leadership excellence through training and coaching. She was in the evaluation team for an Inter-American Development Bank funded country-wide project in Paraguay, and she has been a Board Member of the World Organization for Early Childhood Education (OMEP) since 2009.
