Carolina Morandini is Head of Startups at Telefónica Open Future & Wayra Brasil.
Graduated in Journalism from Mackenzie, with a MSc in Global Governance and Ethics from University College London and MBA in Strategic Market Management from ESPM, Carolina was Communication Coordinator at Start-Up Brasil – the Innovation Program of the Brazilian Ministry of Science Technology and Innovation, and also innovation consultant for Bradesco’s program inovaBRA previous to Telefonica. With long experience as PR, she also worked for FedEx Express, Boeing, Masisa, Porto Digital (a technology park located in Recife), Cietec incubator and Anprotec association. Since 2016, Carolina has been working for Telefónica Open Future, first as Head of Comms and now holding the current position. Apart from that, she has already mentored and pitch prepped startups for Stanford Ignite course, Google Campus, Startup Weekend, Campus Party, IBM SmartCamp, inovaBRA, SP Stars, Startup SP from Sebrae, among other initiatives. She also works for the female entrepreneurship cause.

Because technology is everywhere and we need to engage in learning more skills in order to continue innovating.
