Anuj is tasked to understand customer needs, anticipate retail and digital trends to be ahead of the curve to transform the branding, communication & retailing of construction materials. He provides strategic direction to countries on how to use brands to connect emotionally with their target audiences. He has supported 20+ countries in LatAm, Middle East Africa and Asia Pacific in LafargeHolcim Group to significantly change the way they will reach, communicate and serve their customers tomorrow.

In the early days of his career he co-founded, a chemicals marketplace. In his career spanning 19 years he has worked primarily in Marketing, Strategy, Digital & Finance.

Anuj is an MBA in Finance & Leadership from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is also a Chartered Accountant.

He lives in the beautiful city of Paris with his wife and 2 children.
