Andrew is the CEO and visionary of PEBBO, an insight-driven, creativity enabled eXperience company based in Taipei, Taiwan. He is a design-led visionary and executive with strong operational skills, who is responsible for developing the company’s vision, offering, capability, and culture.
His expertise is in using design to help clients articulate their business challenges and develop their vision and strategy. Andrew specializes in strategic planning, qualitative research and analysis, insight-driven innovation, organisational design, and CX/UX design. Andrew has built a reputation for leading and guiding a high performing multidisciplinary team of researcher, designer, engineer, product manager and business analyst helping them successfully translate research insights into meaningful products and services for businesses.
With over 10 years of design and consulting experience, Andrew has worked across a broad range of sectors from e-commerce, banking, telecom, airline, manufacturing, loyalty program, biotech, entertainment, gaming, education, etc – allowing him to collaborate with a huge variety of professions and gaining industry knowledge, inside and outside the business.
Andrew has also been actively lecturing courses and conducting workshops for enterprises, startups, educational and nonprofit organisations to help them embrace and adapt Design Thinking’s human-centric approach across major cities in Asia.
