Lawyer and entrepreneur. André graduated in Law from the PUCRS University and has a Masters degree from the UFRGS University in International Law. With a solid experience in the Intellectual Property and Digital Law areas (since 2006), André worked in corporate law offices and was the Legal Director responsible for the IP department of Grêmio FBPA (09-10). Member of the Intellectual Property Comission in the OAB/RS and of the International Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law (IAAIL), he is also an IP Expert with credentials to assist Judges in Brazilian southern Courts (RS, SC and PR). Besides his studies in Law, André has attended several courses related to innovation tools, project management and investment strategies. Founder of Oscorp, a consultancy firm specialized in IP and Governmental Funding Tools, and FMA (Feoli e Moreira Advogados), a law office dedicated to assist tech clients, André is also the legal advisor of several startups and a mentor at the INOVATIVA program, managed by the Brazilian Ministry of Economical Development. Currently he is professionally and academically focused in the interactions between Law and Technology.
