Currently, I am a Senior HR Coordinator at Unilever in Brazil. For the past two years, I have supported the Americas region, managing all aspects of Unilever’s International Assignment Program, so enhancing my flexibility and adaptability by interacting with different nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds. I advise 100 senior-level employees on international assignments in Brazil, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
I hold a Bachelor Degree in International Relations and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration. Working with Human Resources for the past 7 years gave me an ability to move through different levels of the organization, ultimately dealing with C-level executives in sensitive topics such as compensation and performance. I have developed the capability to manage all demands from stakeholders, maintaining the internal client satisfied while stimulating external providers to deliver high-level services.
Personally, I have maximized my cross-cultural skills through joining a bilingual school, studying languages, travelling and living abroad. Further, I have dedicated myself to sports, mainly swimming and running, which taught me focus, discipline, and resilience.
