Alice is Editor in the Research Office of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) where she edits grant proposals and research papers. Over the past decade, she has worked with professors, researchers and students in diverse fields to pitch their ideas to local and overseas funding agencies and to publish their research findings.
Prior to joining HKUST, Alice was involved in the planning and implementation of TETRA (Terrestrial Trunked Radio) systems for police forces, airports and railway operators in places like Hyderabad, Sabah, and Busan, initially with Nokia and later with EADS.
Alice has a BEng in Telecommunications (1st class honors) from the University of New South Wales and an MSc in Engineering Enterprise Management from HKUST.
