Alana Chinhara

Southern Africa Region Head of Marketing, Liquid Telecom






Alana started her career at Ernst & Young in Harare where she completed her articles training and qualified as a Chartered Account. Before joining Liquid Telecom, Alana headed up the Commercial function of the largest hospitality Group in Zimbabwe. Alana is strategic and commercially focused, as well as being a strong creative conceptualiser. In her role of Southern Africa Regional Head of Marketing for Liquid Group, Alana leads global retail marketing strategy and program execution, working in partnership with the local marketing teams, customer service teams and sales teams. An avid runner with a passion for all things laughter and love related- Alana lives by the philosophy of ‘work hard playhard’ and applies it to everything she does. Alana loves being Nyasha’s wife and mother to her two precious girls, Rumbi and Yaya.
